Amare las villas
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once the User has accessed the Website, to proceed with the contracting of the Services, they must follow all the indications and instructions included in the purchase procedure, completing the Specific Terms and Conditions and other forms established for each Service. This will imply reading and accepting all applicable General and Specific Terms and Conditions.
By checking the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the User ratifies the contract with AMARE LAS VILLAS, confirming the dates indicated in their reservation, the chosen VILLA, the number of villas and people, and any other Specific Terms and Conditions of the Service detailed in the purchase procedure. The User agrees to confirm the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided, and any contract in which the user has provided false information will be null and void. No vouchers or contract confirmation documents resulting from false information will be accepted at any Hotel. In cases where the User has made a reservation with false information, they will be responsible for the processing and operational costs generated by their reservation and will indemnify AMARE LAS VILLAS for lost profits resulting from the reservation of villas that are ultimately not booked by the User or any third party.
The terms and price of the reservation are those expressly stated in the purchase procedure. AMARE LAS VILLAS reserves the right to modify prices after notifying the User.
Once the reservation is booked, AMARE LAS VILLAS will send the User the receipts and/or documents applicable to the specific reservation via email.
These Terms and Conditions, the specific sales conditions for the rate reserved by the User, and the voucher or reservation request constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
No general or specific terms communicated by the User may be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. The documents that constitute the contractual obligations between the parties are, in descending order of priority, the voucher or booking request (including the specific conditions of the booked rate) and these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a conflict between the booking voucher and these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the booking voucher shall prevail for the obligation in question.
2. Right of Admission and Conduct
AMARE LAS VILLAS reserves the right of admission for reasons of extreme intoxication, possession or consumption of narcotics. The sale of such substances will result in immediate expulsion and reporting to the authorities.
Violent, obscene, or discriminatory behavior (race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation) will not be tolerated. Any disturbance will result in expulsion from the event and from AMARE LAS VILLAS without right to compensation.
3. Security and Prohibited Items
Weapons and fireworks are prohibited.
4. Health
Access is not recommended for people who have been ill in the last 48 hours. Entry is discouraged for pregnant women and people with photosensitive epilepsy.
5. Use of Facilities
Climbing on tables, podiums, or structures is prohibited. The floor may be slippery; please walk with caution and do not run.
6. Evacuation Protocol
Staff may order immediate evacuation in the event of a medical emergency, disturbance, thunderstorm, or force majeure.
7. Exclusion of Liability
AMARE LAS VILLAS is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, regardless of their value.
Any damage caused to property will be the financial and legal responsibility of the person who causes it.
AMARE LAS VILLAS is not responsible for typographical errors or discrepancies between the printed and electronic versions of its documents. February 2026
8. Intellectual Property and Image Rights
All content, trademarks, and logos relating to "AMARE LAS VILLAS" are the exclusive property of AMARE LAS VILLAS and protected by international intellectual property law.
During the AMARE LAS VILLAS event, images and videos of the facilities may be captured, in which attendees may appear, either incidentally or primarily. This material may be used, without compensation, for promotional and communication purposes by AMARE LAS VILLAS through its social media, corporate websites, or other official channels.
If an attendee does not wish to appear in these recordings or publications, they may inform authorized personnel at the event or exercise their right to erasure or other data protection rights at any time by contacting amarelasvillas@gmail.com.
AMARE LAS VILLAS is not responsible for any misuse of photos or videos by individuals unrelated to AMARE LAS VILLAS.
9. NO SHOW
A "no show" occurs when the client does not arrive at AMARE LAS VILLAS on the arrival date and has not canceled the reservation. In the event of a no-show when the reservation has been guaranteed by credit card, AMARE LAS VILLAS will charge the fee indicated in the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking. The charge will be issued to the credit card provided by the client to guarantee the reservation. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the market and dates booked, and will always be shown in the sales conditions of the reserved rate.
If you have opted for a non-refundable rate when making your reservation, the penalty will be 100% of the total amount of the stay.
AMARE LAS VILLAS will notify you of the no-show charge by email, with a "Cancellation Confirmation" document.
