Welcome to Amare Las Villas, formerly known as Casa Duende. The property is now lovingly guided by its new owner, Ixchel Martínez, who hopes every guest enjoys a truly memorable stay. Ixchel has lived in Sayulita for several years and is a certified yoga instructor, bringing a mindful and wellness-focused spirit to the space.



Guests are welcome to use the yoga mats and all available amenities throughout their stay. With strong local connections, the team at Amare Las Villas is happy to assist with information on the many activities Sayulita has to offer, including surfing, horseback riding, zip-lining, boat adventures to the Marietas Islands, and more. They are also pleased to share trusted contacts and recommend some of the town’s wonderful restaurants, cafés, and local markets.
